On the basis of a joint project between Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (ADAU) and Azersun Holding, 15 fifth-year students of the University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine visited the Holding's head office in Baku.

Then, the Head of the Personnel Department, Nijat Bagirov, spoke about the importance of the projects implemented jointly. He said that the company needs veterinarians who meet its criteria. He said that the Holding is not satisfied with just hiring specialists, but also provides them with various training and development opportunities.
Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Shalala Zeynalova spoke about the capabilities and material and technical base of the faculty. She noted that ensuring that students work together with professionals in areas relevant to their specialties, and establishing specific criteria for measuring the results of applied activities are important factors. She also drew attention to the importance of giving priority to practically oriented laboratory classes in the educational process and increasing the opportunities for students to apply their theoretical knowledge.
